How to Connect Your Instagram to Facebook via Meta Business Suite (Quick Method)

Go to Meta Business Suite
Visit https://business.facebook.com and log into your account.
Select Your Business Page
Make sure you’re on the correct Facebook Page in the left-hand menu.
Click “Connect Instagram”
Just below your Facebook cover photo, you’ll see a “Connect Instagram” link — click it.
Log In to Instagram
A pop-up will appear. Enter your Instagram username and password, then click Log In.
Authorize the Connection
Follow the prompts to give Facebook permission to manage your Instagram business profile.

You’re now connected! You can manage posts, messages, and insights for both accounts right from Meta Business Suite.
